No. STAY VILLA accepts eligible partnership enquiries from existing villa owners and farmhouse owners, as well as customers purchasing plots from selected SUDiP REALTIES projects.
3. Can I build my own villa?
Yes. You can independently develop your villa or explore construction support from SUDiP, subject to availability.
4. Does STAY VILLA guarantee monthly rental income?
No. Rental income depends on actual bookings, occupancy, seasonal demand, property availability and operating expenses. We do not promise fixed or guaranteed rental returns.
5. Can I use my villa for personal stays?
Yes. Personal usage can be scheduled by mutual agreement, considering existing confirmed guest bookings and property availability.
6. What are the partnership charges?
Booking commissions, management fees and other applicable charges will be determined according to the selected service model and specified in the respective agreement.
7. Is construction compulsory immediately after plot purchase?
No. However, before starting rental operations, the villa must meet applicable construction requirements, permissions, facility standards and property-readiness criteria.
